Ms. Ray began practicing law in 1999. Her primary focus is on employment issues involving persons with disabilities. She has published many articles, and recently had a personal essay published in the book Reflections from a Different Journey, What Adults with Disabilities Wish all Parents Knew. Ms. Ray dedicates her practice to this area of law because she believes in the fair and equal treatment of all individuals at work.
